The Rosemary Lane primary bathroom renovation is an oasis of calmness and warmth. This project maintained all fixture locations, but modernized and refreshed all finishes to reflect the clients’ design evolution and sensibility since moving into the house 30 years ago. Custom millwork was designed to suit their daily needs and routine with a focus on functionality, simplicity and familiarity. Layers of lighting fill the space, through the glow of integrated lighting behind the mirror, soft sconces, and new LED overhead fixtures. Radiant flooring lies below large format porcelain tiles throughout. The material palette is simple yet textured and ensures that this space will be a refuge for our clients for many more years to come.
